I have an 08 Crown Vic Interceptor that has wiper problems and I can't find anyone who knows what the problem is.

When the wipers are turned on they work sometimes and sometimes they just move and stop working.
I have had three new motors put in, a new wiper motor connector put on, the drain hole cleaned out which was not plugged and I am still having the same problem.
When the wipers stop working the squirters do not work either. When you leave the wiper switch turned on after awhile the wipers start working again and sometimes will work for a while then they just quit again.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
Many Thanks
Duke

I know the problem is located on the wiper and it seems like you have to fix your faulty wipers
