I'm tired of chasing my tail on replacing parts and cleaning wiring harnesses so I have decided to do a complete change over to the 5 speed and delete all my problem's. the only issue I have with this is I have access to every thing I need for the change over from the flywheel back to the transfer case and both pedal's and master cylinder but I cant find the rear driveshaft unless I have one made. Is there that much difference in the length cause I know it will be a little shorter but the rear driveshaft does slide inside the front section but will it be short enough ? Does anyone know where I can get one for a 5 speed as this is my daily driver and I already know I'm going to be spending the night with my mechanic so I can help him with the change over. The only thing I need is the rear driveshaft if it will not fit. Thank's for any help. Steve
