Hello from Folsom Ca.
I\\'m about to change out the fuel pump in my 03 crown vic. Does anyone know if it can be done without dropping the tank?

Unfortunately, no. you have to drop the tank in order to do this job. I am a new member, and just happened to come across your post. You may have already done the job. About a 4 hour job. But not too bad to do. Hope it all goes well. TOM
