I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me. I was wondering if there was a chapter that covers NE Pennsylvania, and if not would there be a way to start one? I tried posting in the admin q&a forum, but got no response.

Gordon your best bet would be to contact Bob Kennedy at the Northwest chapter... He is the man..
He has helped us out several times and I am sure if you get some guys interested he will start you a NorthEast Chapter (Or whatever..)
