While the rotor is off the hub, make sure both sides of the flange are thoroughly clean & flat to prevent warping the rotors. It doesn't take much to ruin them.

A quick way to check body mounts is to mark the lower isolator & then try to turn it by hand. If it spins, the upper is collapsed, or there's some other problem (rust, collision damage, etc.).
