DSCF0004.JPG 2170 hits | 65.92 KB | Posted: 8/6/03 Jack your Excursion up like this in the rear. You will need tall jackstands that can support the weight of the vehicle. Do not do work on your excursion without jackstands supporting the vehicle.
DSCF0011.JPG 1996 hits | 57.6 KB | Posted: 8/6/03 Install the bottom mount on the shock. If you are installing Rancho RS9000's or any other type of adjustable shock, make sure you mount your dials appropriately where you can reach them from underneath the vehicle. I kept mine facing the rear.
New Alpine iDA-X001 Head Unit Had an Alpine iDA-X001 deck installed to replace the old CVA-1005 and Alpine deck I previously had installed. Also had Sirius Satellite radio added, too. Fixed miscellaneous wiring issues with amps as well.

New BF Goodrich 285/75R16 All Terrain Tires (BFG AT's) Replaced tires that didn't have much tread left on them. Went with a larger size and now run 285/75R16 BFG AT's. They raised the height of the truck a bit and ride much softer than the previous Rugged Trail T/As.
