Hi to all..am picking up a 73 Ranchero 500 and was "surfing' the information higway hoping to get more. All roads seemed to end up here, so here I am. Am have beena motorhead for years...I like old fords and motorcycles. Have been through a couple old ford cars, (63 galaxie wagon, 67 galaxie fastback, 67 thunderbird, 70 torino, 74 LTD wagon, and various 67-72 F-100s) and am ready to tackle this Ranchero. Currently has a 302/auto, and I will eventually drop in a 460/auto combo. Anyone done this before has some tips, or tricks...let me know! If you are in or around the central coast of CA, and need a hand...don't hesitate to ask. I found we all could use a hand now and then.

UPDATE...aquired another Ranchero...this time a 72 GT with the sheet metal from a 73. Will be building one good Ranchero with the parts from both. Fun Fun Fun.
