I have a 73 Ranchero and haven't had any problems with any lights working until now. I started it up and notice there weren't any brake lights, so I checked fuses and bulbs everything was good and changed the emergency flasher relay. There are turn signals running lights everything but brake lights. Someone said that the brake lights run off the emergency flasher relay and I don't know if this is true. I checked the brake switch for power with a test light an found it doesn't have any, so I checked the slot where the emergency flasher relay is and it has no power either. Has anyone had this problem? |
