KCHP must have "tucked" the bumper to prevent it from tearing during median turnarounds, etc. This was achieved with "zip ties".

The corner/marker lamps on Crown Victorias does not act as turn signal, leaving no visible turn signal for traffic approching the vehicle from 90 degrees. Therefore, a simple modification enables the corner lamps to act as turn signals and flashers, ...
