I was in a car accindent last month and my bumper was fuuuck up
so i got some (bootleg) guy to replace my bumper and both fenders with used parts

the guy took the reinforcement bar off and said it was no good and said my frame was bent where the reinforcement bar goes and that i need a new frame and he would do it and he would rent a machine to do it and some more non sense, im calling his bluff. from what i remember seeing i just think i needed a left BUMPER BRACKET

but my main concern was that the right the fenders didnt align right with the rest of the body, and that is leading me to belive that i have frame damage
but the car does sway to the right and im thinking all i need is a alignment

i would like to hear you guys input

here are the pics from when it happen

From the angle of your pictures and such I would say there is a real possibility the frame is bent especially on the drivers side. You have to remember the Vics have a frame the extends past the front wheels I would say the drivers side definitely maybe some on the left. This could also be part of the issue with your steering or you could just need an alignment like you say. The main thing is this without that reinforcement bar you basically don't have a real bumper just a bumper cover.

If the frame is bent, you replace the car or straighten the frame, for a vehicle like this it's probably the same cost. Take it to a REAL collision shop and have them check the frame.

Straightening or pulling the frame is a non event and a very normal repair. Sometimes people gasp at the thought of a bent frame, but just have it put on a frame machine and they will pull it back in less than an hour.
