rebuilt 1988 5 liter v8 from an '88 CrownVic. modifications include '92 Ford F-150 Camshaft, and mustang double-roller timing chain. evereything else is in stock form

'88 AOD from an '88 CrownVic. at the time of installation, the trans had 132K miles. rear axle is the factory installed 2.73 gear ratio.

Cosmetic Mods:
the image of the car has changed over the past 3 years when I first purcahsed it. it went from a "grandpa style" to a muscular style, then to its current form, the sleeper. tires: 215/75 on 15x6.5 Ford full-size "turbine" aluminum wheels with Lincoln centercaps. 35% tinted windows all around. ground effects lighting.
interior includes custom racing pedals, custom shift knob, leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual power "plush" Mercury GrandMarquis seats.
Audio: JVC FX-260 40Wx4 cassete head unit, dash factory speakers, 5 1/4" Pioneer 180-watt speakers, rear 350-watt pioneer 3-way 6x9s, and 200-watt Audiovox bazooka subwoofer.
