This is the K&N FIPK second generation intake tube, attached to the mass airflow sensor, then attached to the stock 5.8 air box. It allows more air straight into the throttly body. The setup is pretty water tight because I removed the lower air inlet and just have the top one. EDIT: I have since sealed the plastic hose leading to the lower part of the air box and inserted a piece of K & N pre-filter soaked in oil, and held in by metal screen, into the front of the air inlet on top of the radiator in another listing here!

One end seals around each throttle body tube with silicone hoses.

Other end attaches to Mass Air Flow sensor with same type hose.

Gas hose cut lengthwise to cover sharp edges while household window screen keeps debris out.

Stock airbox with K&N drop-in filter kept. Just needed to bridge gap with two Mass Airflow gaskets.
