I had no 4wd, thanks to the trusty auto hubs. Got stuck in hte middle of a river. Sole reason I switched to manual hubs. Truck ran the whole time... water level 1" below air intake.

Story Story of my truck...
Got it in 2000 or 2001 as a relatively stock 1993 Ford F350 crew cab 4x4. Had: 7.3L IDI International Turbo Diesel, ZF S5-42, BW1356, D60/10.25 (3.54 open / 3.55 open), with a wheelbase of approximately 185" IIRC.
As of January 2009, it is now a Ford F350 crew cab 4x4. It has: 7.3L IDI International Turbo Diesel, ZF S5-42 (2wd), twinsticked divorced NP205, Rockwells (6.72, OEM locker/welded), with a wheelbase of approximately 145".
