05gray36.jpg The intake has Mahle/Victor MS15202W graphite gaskets and RightStuff end seals, plus Permatex 20539 Indian Head Shellac around both sides of all 4 coolant ports. The bolt heads have blue threadlocker to seal them at the manifold, and all their threads were chased before the bolt shanks were painted engine gray. The bolt heads were sprayed Al cast coat after tightening to match the intake. The WP is painted inside & out, and the pulley & bolts have a fresh coat. The ACT, ECT, temperature sender, oil pressure sender, & heater outlet are red threadlocked in. The timing pointer's edge is white.

UPDATE: The intake gaskets didn't seal (IDK why - possibly the shellac set up too fast), so I had to replace them a few days later.
