Worm-Drive Winch
Yes, it's a monster. I've chained it to a tree & pulled an old 40hp tractor out with it. Using a cheapo drill & a homemade adapter, it will pull a car up a driveway & into a shop with a slight incline.
It's bolted to a big angle-iron frame, and I haven't gotten a weight or size on it yet, but I'd guess it's well over 100 lbs and roughly 3x2x1'.
