Lower door hinges are identical & interchangeable side-to-side, and for all years '80-96. Upper hinges differ slightly by year (though they're still interchangeable among years) AND by side. To make it easy to ID the upper hinges, Ford required markings be stamped into them. But they were originally designed for another vehicle, and they were mounted opposite on these trucks.
