I have a 2002 Crown victoria im sure its not a p71 car... Im not new to the scene and im sure ive narrowed it down to a bad pcm.....Any help would be amazing.
Going to need a lot more info. Thinking you narrowed it down to a bad PCM tells us nothing... Whats the problem? What is the car doing/not doing. Noises? etc...
The one thing I can say is that PCM's rarely go bad.

Sorry i posted 2 times, the car is not getting fore, fuel or communication to my scaner. Car shut off driving down the road the inertia switch was kicked. Have 12 volts going to fuse 12 yellow and black wire.
