I just bought this car 5 days ago, 1st. one and today I bought Power seats out of a Crown Vic, think it was 03 or 4. Also, the Factory replacement radio arrived today and to my surprise, the radio in the car only has 1 plug. The new one has the three, which Ive seen before, Can that be wired, Also can the seats be wired ? I also have the door panels with the Power seat switches. The drivers side does have a 8 pin connecter there, however the power seat has a 10 pin plug

The seat plugs changed a few times through the years, you need to find out what year the seats came out of.
Your '11 should have airbags in the seats and the '03-04 most likely not, the occupant sensor in the seat may also be different.
The radio you got is a premium radio, it has a 24 pin plug while your cop car has a 16 pin "basic" plug.
You can cut/splice and take a chance at screwing it up, or buy the harness that plugs into your car and the plug that fits the radio, wire those together so it can be swapped back if need be.
The 3 plugs are for power/speaker(the big one), subwoofer and CD changer(the 2 small ones)
