Lever off the fan assembly as a unit and be careful not to let it fall and damage the radiator.

Difficult to get a good angle for the camera to pick up how toasted these bearings really were.

Remove the bolts holding the fan to the clutch and re-install them, and the fan, onto the new clutch...

This bushing is meant to take up the space so the fan clutch can be used on more applications.

I found it much easier to put the bushing onto the water pump shaft first

Once she's torqued on, you're good to go. Didn't even disturb the PS belt or pulley !
