Jigsaw the hole out a 1/4" bigger than the 8" midrange component speaker.

Jigsaw the hole out a 1/4" bigger than the 8" midrange component speaker.
Check the speakers have plenty of clearance in the covers holes.

Check the speakers have plenty of clearance in the covers holes.
Set the table saw at the blade's width to shave off the majority of the covers backside material.

Set the table saw at the blade's width to shave off the majority of the covers backside material.
The material left will space the covers to clear the vinyl walls in the Bronco.
