idle2.jpg I had this old rotary DP4T switch in my junkpile, and it's perfect for this application.  The 2 poles will feed the 2 PCM inputs; the 4 throws will be OFF, LO, HI, BOTH.

It's POSSIBLE that this (clickable) switch is equivalent, but I haven't confirmed that:
