The fourth problem was due to a lack of thinking on my part. #-o When I made the crossmember/floor support on the cab ( under the floor ) I forgot to check and make sure the there was enough room for the 78 F250 mount frame crossmember. But luckily I can get enough clearance by adding a 1" spacer block between the cab and the rear body mounts. My description is probably confusing but I'll show more details when I get to fabricating the rest of the frame crossmember. The picture below shows the area and also the clearance for the driveshaft.
