I'm installing a kill switch. I took off the ignition casing under the steering wheel and I see 5 colored wires running away from the ignition(white, orange/white, black, purple and blue).

There is one thick black/purple wire running to the ignition and another black wire running to the ignition too.

Which wire do I cut to connect the kill switch? I just want to disable the starter wire only. |

								Thanks man. Great information!

I identified the starter wire white/pink on the wiring diagram but don't see it under the harness in my car. The wire black/purple is not even listed and that's the wire the runs to the ignition. But I don't want to take any chances by cutting the wrong wire. I will take it to the Ford Dealer.
