wOW A new forum for us Ford/ Mercury folks.
I would like to know if just any 2 barrel carb will bolt right up to my 3.3 l 200 cid intake, Need a little more umph to get over the mountains in Oregon. The ol 1 barrel just dont get it.

HELLO my fellow 3.3l fan! I have some good news for you. You can get a 2 bbl carb a Holly or a Weber but you need an adaptor. Clifford performance parts sell some for like 70 dollars or so. You will need to measure the distance between your current carb studs and use that to buy the correct adaptor for the carb you want. They have a bunch of performance parts for the 3.3l if you want even more power look into a new cam that will really help over those mountains
