This is a standard incandescent light bulb fixture that I put two 60 watt CF spiral bulbs in. A few months later one of the bulbs failed and as you can see only one works now. I attribute the failure to either too much heat in an enclosed fixture (a big no no for CF's) or the fact that it's from a not so reptuable light bulb maker (Commercial Electric) or both.
