Crabby, your coil springs will be liberated soon enough Should have all the necessary parts for my swap on Monday .... 1 Job interview on Wednesday & some random netwoking next week ... also got a lil party next Sat ... so it looks like this is going to take place end of next week & be finished by Sat ot start the following Sunday.
Trying to make sure I have everything necessary & ready to go before hand.... lots of small aggravating stuff.

Patrick, I have some 56" rear springs, and a ton of ubolts both square and round bottom, as well as shackles and spring plates (flat and round)... all left over from my axle swap. Let me know what you need and I might have it Same goes for you JR.... |

Now that you say it ... I almost forgot about that....
I still need:
U-bolts (unsure of exact size but no biggie, just need standard yj SOA stuff)
U-bolt plates shock mounts
shackles .... to fit a 2.5" spring ... standard yj stuff
And some stuff for the axle innards... Carl, any word on the gear guy doing some installs?

Jeff, thoes 56" springs i am interested in, are they your stocks? I need some springs that are 57" but 56 will work as long as one side is around 27" lemme know

I need to get the parts together for it .... Gonna order tomorrow... I'll let you know. I think there were a few others that needed gears as well..... Josh, Mark, and I guess JR might as well?

Yomie, I'll check the springs tonight when I get home. I'm pretty sure they are offset like the front so 27" sounds about right for the short side.
Carl, count me in for the gear deal if the price is right Maybe I'll just watch a few then give it a shot Whats the worst that can happen :edit: |

Yeah, donzi get back with me on thoes springs, i should be at carls on saturday. Carl i need gears too, dont' forget, i'm gonna go ahead and do the rears as soon as i get money, i'll let you know.
Jeff, lemme know what you want for thoes springs, hopefully not too much You know, come sooner or later i'm gonna be driving a '79 Grand Wagoneer, with D30 front and 8.8 rear, with an explorer body

Yeah, i know what you mean about the mut of a truck. I paid 60.00 at the yard and it was a biiiaaatch getting those springs out so I'll save you the hassle. How is 45.00?? And I'll even forget about the 20 spot you ran off with J/K Let me know is thats OK...If so, I can bring them to Carl's on Sat., you staying the weekend again |
