I don't thik the weight would be much of an issue... I mean, look how small of a can they give you to do an entire truck bed....

He is talking real spray in(durabak, rhino, etc)..... gotta be a considerable amount

I still don't think it would be that much ... especially in relation to the rest of HOSS

How much do they give you for rhino/durabak to do an average bed?

An extra 1/4" thick of liner on the whole door supposing a one square inch chunk weighs an half ounce(if not more) and supposing the door (conservatively) is 36" long by 28" high not counting the frame around the window thats 1008 square inches of surface area which is 504 extra onces of weight or 33.5lbs extra, thats alot of extra weight for the door to support. In relation to the rest of 7,000+ lb hoss, no nothing but to the door hinges its something.

I think the bed of my chevy was $325 for rhino, but its tuff as nails, and I can shovel gravel out of it. I hurculined my last long bed chevy, thick too and with proper prep and the first shoveling I did shoveled the liner right off. We dragged Lee's 600lb d60 in the bed of my truck, and you could probably never tell.

The cheaper stuff is cheaper and you can spot fix what you need, but if you only wanna do it once you need to go with the thick stuff which costs, and weighs a good bit.
