yes, i can believe that trespassing on land you dont own COULD result in an armed encounter |

The land was public, so I am told. and don't get me wrong, i'm not about tearing up people property...

public property does NOT mean free use. you cant ride on the courthouse lawn, nor can you wheel in city park.
i posted a while back. due to sheer abuse of land, mostly private, the law has changed to say if you dont own it, and you dont have absolute permission, you are trespassing. it doesnt have to be marked, fenced or posted.
the legislature finally wised up and realized that if you can drive you know, that if you own the land around you or not..... |

LOL...geez man...sorry if i came across the wrong way. Fact in point, i do condone people to tread lightly...looks like someone else was just trying to "start" a war...

Nah.. I am not trying to start a war.. Just saying I know a place where others ride.. (I have only driven by..) Where the "man" (Lee you know who you are ) doesnt travel. It is actually a very very rough road where they have taken a dozer and ran along the edge of the canal to give access for whatever reason.. I know that the land isnt mine and I know that just because others do it doesnt make it ok for me to do it.. BUT its the closest thing to a wheeling spot I have seen and I do actually know the guy who does the bushhog work in that area and he said its cool.. (I also know thats not good enough) but his dad is "the man" so maybe it is good enough.. 
OK now that I have made "the man" mad at me.. I am going to sign off...
You know I am only kidding right Lee??
