The resivoir is out of a Chevy econo box. Lots of vehicles use a resivoir. If I had it to do over again I would get one out of a Chevy-20 van or BMW. Both have more capacity.

The pulley on the left is off of an E-350 van Saginaw pump. It is 5.75" in diameter with the .755 diameter hole. The 5.75" is the same size you will find on the Ford C-2 PS pump. I forget the diameter of the C-2 shaft but it is about .665 or so.
