swapped the center link (note: tie rod is too short) and getting ready to weld on C-bushing wedges

notched the wedges

radius arms mounted but still need some 1/2" spacers

made 1/2" spacers to put between radius arm ends. still needs to be grinded down to fit flush with the contours of the arms

5/8" u-bolts

Leaf spring perches

and...............ITS STANDING BY ITSELF!!!!

grooved the tires and installed them onto the bronco

cant tell but the caliper is touching the wheel

grinded the caliper and bracket down

front complete with new rebuilt kingpins, 5.13 gears, detroit locker, 35 spline chromoly outters and with warn hubs.
