Mounting detail on bumper mount. The bumper is 2" x 4" x 1/4" steel, and the mount is made from 4" of 2" angle 1/4" thick.

Another picture of reciever, it is built of 2.5" square tube, 1/4" thick and flush welded to the bumper.
