My custom made front spring hanger. I used .25" wall x 4" x 4" square tube. It was the perfect size for the 3" leaf springs that I used on the front. This shot was taken right after I cut it out.

Shot number four. The .25" 4x4 worked perfectly with the 3" Ford leaf springs from an F-350.

Picture of front spring rear hanger. This hanger is modified, cut and redrilled.

Another shot of the rear hanger, image out of foucus but it shows the center of where we redrilled the stock hanger. Looks like about 2" from the lip of the hanger to the center of the bolt.

Yet another shot from further away showing shackle angle.

Poor quality image of front custom built hanger. Perhaps if you edit the image to cut down brightness you can make out the tape measure.

|
Another poor quality image but it looks like the center line of the bolt is 7" from the front of the crumple zone.
