anti coning ring,,,appears to be made of rubber and cut to fit....

first attempt at valve stems...90 degree but to small for the hole in the rim.

second attempt...right size diameter but not enough of a bend.

and of course the balancing material.

plastic pellets. going to go with about 10 ounces.
