1.5x3 inch rectangle tubing. .25 inch wall. all tig welded.

1.25 inch OD DOM .125 wall. having access to a good notcher and bender made this part a lot easier.

i had to leave a cut out in the slider for the exhaust. when the exhaust gets torn off i've got some extra rectangle tubing to fill in the space.
