This is after the metal etcher was applied. The white stuff is zinc that formed over the rust to kill it. Thats what the POR15 people said anyway

Starting to aplly the POR15. Its a lot thinner than i tought it would be and tends to drip a lot, but it sticks after a few seconds.

all finished up. 2nd coat went on in about 30 mins flat. We either got faster at it or just didn't go over everything very well

Dah we put in last week. Got it all cleaned up with some "Son of a Gun" Looks really good for a 24 year old dash.
