This is what the Full float 14 bolt diff cover will look like. Careful, GM also made a semi-float axle with a 14bolt diff cover that was shapped much differently

Here you can see the removable axleshaft. The axleshaft on a full floating axle doesn't support the weight of the vehicle. Take off the bolts aroud the hub and the axleshaft will pull right out.

Even thou there is a DRW(dually) wheel on it, this is a SRW(single rear wheel) hub assembly. You can tell by the length of the hub sticking out from the wheel. The dually hub will be much longer to account for the deeper dish outer wheel that would be used.

I know its hard to tell, but the spring perches are 2.5inches wide. Chevy used this on the vast majority of their vehicles. If you are running this under a 4wd ford its more than likely gonna need 3 inch perches. So im gonna have to cut these off, and weld on some new ones. This also gives me the chance to correct the pinion angle so that i want need any shims.

Here you can see the removable pinion on the diff. Much easier when setting up gears
