Getting my Broncoair pulley machines to the Sag pump shaft size...He overbored it so it wasnt a press fit anymore, and had to machine a bushing to snug it up...honest mistake but no harm done, works fine...plus he's a retired battalion chief from the Charlotte Fire Department, does machinist work on the side...Campbell and Sons in Charlotte.

My roomate who broke the seal and was the first person to actually use the compressor to do work that needed a compressor to be done. Here he is blowing off crud from around certain places on his motorcycle. I knew that if I had an air compressor someone would use it someday...

58 dollar air compressor from Sears. Includes pressure switch/regulator/pressure relief valve/blowoff valve/kill switch. Only thing I need is a oil/air separator. I dont see how you can get all this stuff for any cheaper.

You can see the red wire from the IGN on source, and the black wire which goes to the compressor. The pressure switch connects these 2 when the pressure in the tank drops below 100, turning on the compressor.

Stock wire from the compressor, connected to the wire from the pressure switch. All the compressor needs is 12V to this wire, as the case is grounded and the clutch is grounded to the case.

I found out why my compressor was only 58 bucks. Cheap metal in the body of the regulator. Overtighten just a smidgen and it basically explodes.
