Here I am removing a perfectly functional AC system. Maybe I'll save the parts in case I change my mind later???
Nothin left but the compressor.
Another andgle on the new empty spot.
Needed more research and I wanted this to look decent.
More researc...More parts...More money....Sorry about the table Honey!

New manifold taking shape
Here it is, water/oil seperater, check valve, 90 to 125 psi switch, 150psi pop off, pressure regulator, quick disconnect. I will run a line from this to the air storage tank still to come.

Ready to go in the Bronco
Finally found a spot that I liked. I think this was the hardest part.
I used a 6x6 shelf bracket and hose clamps to mount the manifold to the AC coil housing.
This is how I connected it to the compressor.
One more close up of the manifold.
I will use 4" conduit for my air tank. 2 pieces @ 24" will give me 2.5 gallons.
Bleeder valve plumbed in. I later disabled this is it bled off 20psi every time the system hit 125psi and caused the compressor to cycle endlessly.
Got the switch wired. I used an old 12ga extension cord. Kinda cheesy but it had the wires already bundled together and made it easy.
This is the on/off switch wiring.
I installed an auto oiler on the intake. Haven't perfected the oiling yet.
I mounted a dome light I had laying around since I had the hood up and all.
