I used a 3" hole saw to cut the fender. The exhaust shop did a good job of centering the pipe.

pretty simple brackets i made using 1-1/8" square tube and the brackets that rivet to the factory sliders. the saab sliders are about the same length, but about 2" wider on either side. the square tube made the sitting position just a tad higher than...

mounted...they are much more comfortable than the worn out factory seats i had. the drivers seat even has lumbar, height, and under knee adjustment. make the interior feel more upscale too which is nice for keeping the pimp hand strong.

rough assembly of the components.

the tie rod uses ES2233L at the passenger side and ES2234R at the drivers side.

the drag link uses ES2234R at the tie rod end and ES2027L (high misalignment) at the pitman arm.

finished product. very simple to bolt in, you just need a 7 degree tapered tie rod reamer to enlarge the holes since Ford tie rod ends are much smaller.
