Kenwood KSC-WA62RC uses a 30w X 2 powered 5-1/4" woofer and a 6-1/2" passive radiator. it looks similar to the factory offering in later model year Z3's

fabricated bracket slides down into the foam between the plastic and outer vinyl. i missed a pic that shows the assy, first a push-nut and washer holds the plastic stud to the door panel, then the bracket slides down & in and another push-nut retains...

DISA simulator allows removal of the DISA valve from the N/A intake manifold without tripping the CEL or storing a code, no longer needed with NickG's tuning work

i found the problem, power wire to the idle air controller broken at the crimp causing high/low irregular idle, CEL's & storing codes

the valve cover gasket started seeping enough to smoke on the exhaust at times so here we are doing the deed

on cue, i stripped a bypass mount screw, so i had to drill / tap the holes oversize. the holes in the bypass had to also be drilled oversize, and clearanced for the larger diameter screw heads
