Pretty sure this isn't now the intake impeller should look.
It touched the housing due to a bad bearing

In profile: I think its all junk
I never thought I would find an upgraded turbo replacement so quickly: but I did!
HE341: the turbo off the 2003-04.5 Dodge Ram. From testing by users on 4BTSwaps, the best turbo for the 4BT.
The HE341 plumbed in: the tall PVC is a temporary place holder for finding clearances for the final intake pipe.
Had to get a little creative to get everything to line up.
I got the rest of the front engine pulleys back on as well.
Just putting on a coat of paint prior to dropping it in. CubCadet Beige is about the closest thing I found to the original Cummins color.
With some Ford Blue highlights since I am merging Cummins and Ford.
CubCadet Beige, Ford Blue, and 1200F Black on the exhaust
You may have noticed the extra accessory drive pulley on the front now, to drive my on-board air compressor.
I replaced the stock clutch disc with a Centerforce I clutch disc: stock pressure plate. 30% more holding power, they claim.

The broken part is the dust-shield part. The load-bearing parts are intact.

I'm only into it for $70, so I just want my money back. $70 & shipping to you. Way less than the $350-400 Cummins asks for a new one. I was quoted $200 to have the aluminum all weld up and repaired, not counting time drilling the tube to the right bolt sizes. So if you can weld the aluminum yourself, save hundreds!

The Hydroboost PS pump that came with my 4BT that I am swapping to a guy who needs the hydroboost, but has the vac/PS combo pump that I need.
Here's my new combo vacuum/PS pump. The engine mount had to be shaved down some for clearance.
Engine Mounts had to be tweaked from flat Chevy version to 45 degree Ford version.

Hydraulic Clutch and the custom bracket to mate it

I had to turn the mounting end slightly for the clutch pivot to get the right resting position for the pedal. The new lever was only round, what I had was D-shaped. Putting old and new together solved the mismatch.

Cold zinc and a couple coatings of Herculiner truck bed coating on the fuel tank

Gotta protect that new tank!

Big vent hose added, and some chaffing protection.

Add the rail to hold the cut out. The cut-out piece has soap smeared around the edges so that when I put it back in place with some silicone on the rail the silicone will not stick to the cut-out.
