Waste oil (vegetable oil, motor oil, glycerine, mixes of these three) metering pump. An old Ford 300ci I6 oil pump! It will be driven by an old 3/8" drive drill or maybe an old PowerWheels kid car motor, depends on which I can get to work slowest!
