This was attempt #2. Looks pretty good, but I'm goign to have to make another as the black around the vents is messed up and it looks like I gave it a little too much of a curve :oop:

Basically, is just an air-compressor water/air separator with 1/4" NPT 3/8 hose barbs attached inline of the factory PCV.

I have it mounted on the valve cover (see pic)

Material I used:
~2ft fuel/oil 3/8" hose
1 1/4" NPT air-compressor inline...
