Does anyone no if I'm going to need any more mods to instal ford racing 3.73's???

Or can I just have them put in?

I have a 2004 CVPI, K&N cold air intake, flow master super 44's..

Any recommendations on what else I can do to make this a faster car?

I know I should replace the factory exhaust... I put flowmaster 44's on and not at all what I thought they would be.. Going to replace with 2 1/4 pipe soon. Should I switch to high flow cats?
