I'm using Right Stuff sealant to hold the grommet in place & sealed. The 2 circles on the ribs are where the canister tray rear bolts will go.

The bulb condom only fits because it's torn up, and the stranded leads would have to be stripped & tinned to wrap around the plastic base.
