Retired '99 Seattle Police Crown Vic. Has 85K miles. Note the color change. Someone accidently ordered the wrong color for the '99 Crown Victorias. Also note the chrome grille. Every '99 to current Seattle Police Crown Vic have chrome grilles. Less "agressive" they say.
