Winter is here. Time to remove the hubcaps and install the centercaps.

The wheels were pretty scratched up from having the hubcaps removed and installed frequently. Therefore, they had to be stripped, primered, and repainted.

Note the special "collared" lugnuts required to hold the centercap in place.
