Quality control from Japan! This certificate came with one of the brass cabooses. Most of the Locos have a similar certificate with raised seal.

A brass 4-8-2 still in its original wrapping and box. The tape is even still intact from almost 30 years ago. The original purchase receipt is at the bottom of the pic.

Unfortunatley, some of the locos were packaged in foam that has deteriorated over 30 years. Any recommendations on how to gently remove the foam from the brass locos is greatly appreciated.
