When i read that the access panel was a pain to remove i was prepared for battle. oddly enough the four screw that hold the panel in, we nearly finger tight. i tried and tried to get the panel off gingerly, as to preserve it for something or someone else. this didn't work so i had to resort to a small clevis ring, and some twisted steel rope attached to a tree, and give it about 1100 rpm. boy was that easy.
