20161231_143917.jpg UPDATE! About a month and a half later and a few hundred miles the filter still looks brand new. This is without oil on it mind you (admittedly forgot to apply it) and this shot is the underside of the filter...the side closest to the holes drilled in the fender liner. Do not know if intake temps are lower in this position or not compared to the K&N. While checking another problem with a scan tool IATs still show pretty warm, 144*F (sitting, warm and at idle) to be exact. Need to get it wrapped.
